Vegetable Chowder


Vegetable Chowder

2 cups potatoes, diced
1 cup carrots, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup onion, minced
2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
1 or 2 chicken bouillon cubes

Add to undrained vegetables:
1 can cream style corn
White sauce

White Sauce:
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup flour
1 cup milk


6 - 8 servings
