Lasagna Casserole

Ok this makes approximately two 13inx9in Casserole dishes

6 Italian Sausages or 16 oz of Italian sausage
2 small gloves of Garlic
1/2 a medium Onion

2-16 oz or 24oz Bag of wide or medium egg noodles cooked (some people like more noodles)
2 lbs mozzarella separated
16 oz container of cottage cheese
67 oz of Prego (I prefer Mushroom but any would do)

Ok so dice the onion and garlic and cook them with the meat I like to skin the sausage links and make them like ground sausage but you can do meat balls if you want. once the meat is cook. strain and put meat and onion/ garlic mix into a large bowl mix in cooked noodles, most of the cheese (leave enough for the top of the casseroles), cottage cheese and Prego mix well and place in 2 casserole dishes sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese on top is done melting
